IMF (Intermediate Fasting) and Keto (Low Carb)
Basically losing weight boils to CICO (calories in versus calories out), but there are tricks to help your body stay fuller longer to help you along the way.
The first one is IMF. This will help your stomach stay small so you will find it harder to binge and it supposedly helps you burn calories faster. There are a few versions 8/16, 4/20, and 1/23. This means the first number is the time you eat during the day and the second part is how long you go without eating. For me I found doing a 8/16 is best and doing it at 10am, 12pm, 2pm, 4pm, 6pm. This is 100% doable and keeps me full throughout the day.
Next is Keto. This is doing a diet high in fats and protein. Fats have gotten a bad rap over the years when in reality its sugar that makes your body want to eat more. Fats tend to keep you full longer and overall help you cut weight faster.
So combining these 2 really helps you lose weight pretty quickly as long as you are doing a lowish calorie diet. For example I am 6’3, I work out almost every day, and I still gain muscle.
